What it does
Sends invoice reminders
When an invoice is late, Trig sends a reminder using your words and your schedule. If a customer asks for more time, Trig tells you and can set the new date.
Puts back mistakes
If a file or a record is deleted by accident, Trig restores it and tells you why. You can undo that too.
Keeps records tidy
If a customer is entered twice, Trig merges the two records. If a phone number is missing but appears elsewhere, Trig fills it in.
Points out what is stuck
A project nobody has touched in two weeks, a step with no owner, a customer who stopped replying. Trig shows you one item at a time with a Yes and a Not now.
Does what you ask
Type a request in plain English: “give this step to Maria,” “write me an onboarding checklist,” “add a section for grants,” “remind me to invoice on the first.” Trig does it and tells you what it did.
Learns how your business works
Trig notices things like how long your projects usually take and how quickly you get paid. It keeps these as short notes you can read, edit, or delete.

- What can Trig change?
- Records inside your workspace: customers, projects, steps, tasks, files, invoices, sections, and rules. It can never read your email, see anyone’s messages outside Tri-Gig, invite or remove people, or touch your billing.
- How do I ask Trig to do something?
- Type in the chat box in the Trig section, or in the small Trig window at the top of any page. You can also save standing instructions that Trig follows every time.
- Does using Trig cost extra?
- No. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of chat messages. The work Trig does on its own never counts against it.
- What if Trig does something wrong?
- Every change Trig makes is listed with an Undo button. Click it and the change is reversed. You can also lower Trig’s level or switch it off at any time.
