Ask Trig something

Press Ask Trig at the top of any page for a small chat, or open the AI Studio for the full one. Type what you want in plain words:

• "Give the gutters step to Sam and make it due Thursday."
• "Draft an invoice for the Chen job: roof repair $1,200, due in 14 days."
• "Add a list for permits with a number, an expiry date and a yes/no for inspected."
• "Make a rule that creates a task to prepare when a booking comes in."
• "What is on my calendar this week?"
• "Read the proposal I uploaded and list the deliverables."

Attach a PDF, spreadsheet, text or CSV with the paperclip and Trig can read it; files go to the Trig folder in Files. Say "remember that we always ask for a 50% deposit" and it becomes a standing instruction.

Limits#

Trig is included in every plan. Everything it does for your account, for anyone on any workspace, comes out of one monthly allowance: chat, the studios, documents and the work Trig does on its own. The bar in the AI Studio shows how much of it has been used this month, as a percentage, and it resets on the 1st. Ordinary use stays well inside it.

Under AI Studio → Settings, owners and admins see each person's share, and can set a personal cap on how many chat messages a teammate sends a month.
