Connect Stripe
Card payments on invoices, booking deposits and course fees, into your own Stripe account.
- Workspace settings, Integrations. The Stripe payments card is at the top. Press Connect Stripe. Only the owner can connect.
- Sign in to Stripe or make an account. Stripe asks for your business and bank details, then sends you back.
- The card turns green when Stripe says you can take payments.
What the card tells you#
| It says | What it means |
|---|---|
| Taking payments | Customers can pay by card and money is paid out to your bank. |
| Taking payments · payouts paused | Customers can pay, but Stripe holds payouts until it has what it needs. |
| Not taking payments yet | Stripe still needs details. The card lists them, with Finish in Stripe and check again. |
The card also shows the account's name and currency, and what uses it: Invoices, Booking deposits, and Course and class fees. To see it work, send yourself a $1 invoice, pay it with your own card, then refund it in Stripe.
Disconnecting#
Owners and admins can press Disconnect. Invoices, deposits and course fees stop taking card payments until Stripe is connected again. Money goes straight to your Stripe account and Tri-Gig takes nothing from it.
