Every feature is on every plan, except departments, which start on Starter. Yearly billing is 20% less. The trial is 14 days; a card is needed to start and is charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is billed.
Change plan, card or add-ons#
- Open Account. Your plan and what you are using are at the top.
- Manage in Stripe opens Stripe's own page to change your card, switch to yearly, see invoices or cancel.
- To move up, press the plan under Upgrade plan.
- Add-ons (seat pack, TG Sites, Hiring hub, extra file space, extra Trig conversations) are added and removed in the Add-ons block, prorated from today.
If you cancel#
Your workspace closes and nothing is deleted. Export everything first if you want it, or start the subscription again later and it is all still there.
