Can I pay the bills, am I making money, who owes me, what do I owe, where is it going, what should I do this week.
Open Money & health in the sidebar. Owners and admins see six panels, each opening with one sentence written from your numbers:
- Can I pay the bills? Cash, days of buffer, runway, what is due out.
- Am I making money? Revenue, cost of sales, costs, net, margin, month by month.
- Who owes me, and what do I owe? Receivables by age, average days to pay, overdue and due-soon invoices, your biggest customers; bills, loans, cards, tax set aside against the estimate.
- What do I own and owe altogether? A plain balance sheet.
- Where is it going? A health score, Healthy, Watch or Attention, with the signals in sentences.
- What should I do this week? Chase, pay, set aside, add cash, add costs.
Other members see the work and pipeline figures only; money is for owners and admins.
Where the numbers come from#
Your invoices fill in what you are owed by themselves. Everything else comes from papers you upload, figures you type, or lists you point a tracker at. Every number says where it came from.
