Invite your team

Everyone on your team is included in the price.

  1. Open Team in the sidebar, then Manage team, then Invite.
  2. Enter their email. Choose Admin or Teammate. Optionally a title, a department and a position.
  3. They get an email with a link, set their own password, and see a one-time tour of the workspace.

Anyone in the workspace can open Team and see colleagues: photo, title, department and email. Phone numbers and join dates are only shown to the person themselves and to admins. See Roles and permissions.

Tip:Your plan includes a number of people. The Account page shows how many are in use. A seat pack adds five more without changing plans.
