Condition, Split, Wait, Wait until, Ask someone, Work out, Stop.
| Step | What it does |
|---|---|
| Condition | Checks something (a detail equals, contains, is set, changed to…). If false, the steps after it are skipped. |
| Split | A Yes arm and a No arm. Waits and questions inside an arm still pause. |
| Wait | Minutes, hours, days or weeks, then carries on. |
| Wait until | Checks a detail every so often until it is true, gives up after a time you set. |
| Ask someone | Pauses until a person answers a short form (next page). |
| Work out | A sum, some text or a date, usable in later steps. |
| Stop | Ends the rule, with a reason in the run history. |
